I love cooking and experimenting! Home late last night meant a quick meal! So I cooked up a batch of "healthier" pancakes : )
-1/4 cup traditional oats (ground up in a food processor)
-1/4 tsp baking soda
-1/4 tsp baking powder
-1 tbsp coconut flour
-1 egg
-Almond Milk (however much you want to get the consistency you like
-Scoop of chocolate protein powder
*Topped with Non-Fat Greek Plain Greek Yogurt with a sprinkle of cinnamon and Bananas
I usually don't pay much attention to measurements when I cook, so you might find that you need more or less of one of the above
