Here's a quick HIIT cardio workout that will be sure to kick your ass in just 20 minutes!
5 Rounds
Sprints: (Can be done on the treadmill, arc trainer or elliptical)
:30 sec jog (or moderate pace if on arc trainer or elliptical) :30 sec sprints (SUPER fast) Repeat 5X
10 Jump Squats onto a Bosu (modified version: Lunging Jump Squats or regular Jump Squats)
15 Plank Jacks
Repeat the above sequence 4 more times, except 1 less sprint (So next round you will only sprints 4 times instead of 5, then 3, then 2, then 1)
