Seriously, you don't need the cardio equipment at the gym to get a good sweat session in! You just need your own bodyweight. Today I didn't have much time for a workout, so I did this cardio workout at home. PUSH yourself! If your working hard enough to your ability, you should be a sweaty mess at the end : )
5 Rounds- :45 seconds of work- :15 secs rest
-High Knees
-Plank Jacks
-Burpees
-Inchworms
Second set (After you complete the first chunk for 5 rounds)
-Squat Jacks
-Mt. Climbers/Hop Ups (Do about 10 mountain climbers then hop up in the air...repeat)
-Quick Feet w/ Drop Down (Do quick for about 10 secs then drop down and kick feet (so you are in plank form...hop back up into quick feet...repeat)
-Jumping Jacks
